I got a little sentimental as I sat here drawing this week. In fact, Marc's toast wasn't even in the script. I threw it in last-minute as a surprise toast to my east coast brother for the amazing year we've had doing this bizarre comic. We never missed a Sunday and rarely missed the mark on our jokes. Can we keep it up for another year and so on? I can't say. I prefer to live in the moment. But for those anxious ones out there, stay tuned for a Season 2 sneak peek next week!
It really has been an amazing year Marc, and I'm so glad you suggested we do a comic. Let's have another great year!
Magravan and Skrael, it's been a real pleasure hearing from you both and reading TOGM. It's been awhile since I added a new webcomic to my regular reading rotation, and TOGM easily makes the grade.
JeckitK,
Not sure what you mean. Perhaps you think this week looks better than usual? Maybe that's because I work 50+ hours a week and have friends, a wife, and a gaming habit to tend to in addition to the comic. So some weeks I admit I'm rushed to get Smash out the door. Anyway, I'll take it as a compliment.
Still in the works. The part about "ambitious" that I sort of under-estimated was that "ambitious" also stands for "slow". Material is around 400MB now and looking fairly good, but still in the making. I fully expect to launch this year still tho.
I'm glad that you guys are one of the ones who stuck it out!

Anyways happy 1 year of comics. :)

Well played.
