@ Effigy_Power: He probably stuffed his shirt.
@ smbhax: I agree, Marc did a great job with the X-Men.
@ JackitK: There are two different things about the appearance of panel 1. First of all, Marc and Kevin are drawn as they would have appeared in 1992, so the character designs are them as teenagers and not adults. The other thing different is that Marc does the bulk of the artwork for Sunday Smash, but I drew panel 1 this time.

Well, I'm about to show what a total nerd I am.
Kitty Pryde went through a number of code names. She started out with Sprite and Ariel. She didn't take the name Shadowcat until the Kitty Pryde and Wolverine limited series that ran between 1984 and 1985 when Kitty was trained as a ninja.

^^ What Kevin said, you could have asked me, Mag :P
Also, I wonder what would happen if kitty solidified her hand there .. with Wolvie's regeneration ability, they could be in an interesting pickle.
PS Thank you for doing such an awesome job on drawing some of my most favourite mutants of all time!!!

Kitty always makes sure not to unphase while she's inside of something else. Two objects cannot occupy the same space, so therefore it would be quite messy. Also, excruciating for her.
The effect on Wolverine is less certain. Kitty's hand would fuse to him, but I don't know if she would be able to rephase her hand or not. If she couldn't, eventually, Wolverine's healing factor would wear out and he would die. Otherwise he would regenerate whatever Kitty destroyed. Even old school Wolverine was able to recover from Sabertooth tearing his throat out or being stabbed through the heart. Of course, now writers are telling stories about Wolverine being at Hiroshima and regenerating from the atomic bomb.
